Ultra high pressure wet type atomization equipment NanovaterTM system
Feature
- A wet medialess atomization device.
- Emulsify, disperse, cut, and crush using fluid energy obtained at ultrahigh pressure.
- Media contamination and management are unnecessary. Contamination can be minimized.
- Damage-less dispersion is possible because of treatment with high-speed shear force that does not directly damage particles.
- It is possible to disperse two or three types of different particles uniformly.
Principle
The slurry is fed into the nozzle at the heart of the machine by a high-pressure plunger pump, and is instantly dispersed by the high-speed shearing force generated by the turbulent flow as it passes through the nozzle.
Maximum flow velocity of 290 m/sec at maximum processing pressure of 200 MPa
