De-wax furnace can burn toxic gas (binder) completely to smokeless and odorless (patented). Mixed gas stream of binder and air vaporized in a de-wax furnace adjusts flow rate with mixed gas of special heating structure of combustion furnace and is heated to 800℃ of complete combustion temperature.
Binder is burned completely and changed to one that is smokeless and odorless. The exhaust is mixed with air outside the equipment, cooled and discharged between a temperature range of 40-100 ℃.

Principle
Structure and principle of De-wax furnace:
①Air inlet: Air is suctioned from bottom.
②Heater unit: Heater temperature is controlled by PID.
③Propeller fan:Temperature distribution is uniformed by stirring and inverter control.
④Exhaust combustion furnace:Gas with binder exhausted out of de-wax furnace meanders in a long piping, is completely burned by 800 ℃ high temperature and becomes smokeless and odorless.
⑤Temperature decreasing exhaust tube:Equipment to decrease temperature to 100℃ after mixing gas of combustion temperature 800℃ with external air.
⑥Sirocco fan:This fan suctions from lower direction and emits from the side.
⑦Front door:Opens and closes in case of loading and unloading works and shelves with thermal insulation structure.
⑧Explosion dissipation safety door:Door is opened and internal pressure is dissipated in case that pressure is generated before an explosion with ignition inside de-wax furnace.
The reasons for explosions are as follows:
- Excessive processing of works
- Closed suction damper
- No exhaust processing
- Process of unknown works
