Principle
This model is a classification device which can classify semi-free vortex type MP type which does not have movable part in the past further improvement by nano area.
① Dispers primary particles in a dispersion zone making use of shearing force due to high speed swirling flow.
② High speed swirling by compressed air A strong classification zone is formed by centrifugal force.
③ Coarse particles can be discharged quickly without classification and staying in the equipment. As a result no waste energy on air.
