Up to the limit of the dry classifier can be realized with this classifier
Feature
- Classification in the submicron range is possible.
- The maximum particle size on the fine powder side is very small.
- Easy adjustment of classification point (0.5 to 10 μm).
- Simple structure and high maintainability.
Principle
This model is a classification device which enables classification in the submicron range by adopting special feeding method and classification zone shape.
① The material in the agglomerated state is introduced again into the classification zone with the dispersion force and swirl force applied again (fully dispersed state) before entering the classification zone.
② In the flow in the classification zone, the airflow flowing from the guide vane rises upwards along the upper wall surface and becomes inverted downward flow at the apex portion and is exhausted from the center.
③ This downward catchment area is the maximum swirling speed area within the classification zone, and the introduced raw material immediately receives strong centrifugal force. Also, when turning down, the coarse powder is separated, conveyed again to the cone apex by the swirling upward airflow on the upper wall surface, and repeatedly passes through the maximum turning speed region.
