Principle
This model is a semi-free vortex type high performance classifier that does not have moving parts inside the machine. Primary air and raw materials are introduced into the upper dispersion zone, and raw materials are dispersed by the whirling air current. Supply the material uniformly to the classification zone from the ring-like slit portion, and form a high-speed whirling air current by the secondary air from the guide vane. This whirling air current separates coarse powder and fine powder with high precision. The fine powder is discharged from the central part together with the exhaust, and the coarse powder is discharged from the periphery of the classification zone to the lower part of the main body.
In the DXF type, further dispersing effect can be increased by inserting dispersion air in the upper dispersion zone, and classification accuracy can be improved
